Artist statement

I am a multidisciplinary artist, who loves to experiment. I don't like limitations in art. For me, style is not defined by the use of only one material or technique. I really like to experiment and this allows me to discover something new every time. This is how unusual projects and works are born.

The main directions of my work are abstraction and collage. In my paintings, I do not try to create a realistic interpretation of the surrounding world. I often turn to the topic of the inner world of man and his connection with the outside world and the universe. Any processes outside: natural phenomena, political and economic crises, news, etc. - all this affects our consciousness and our thoughts. Abstraction is the best way to convey the multifaceted world of feelings.

Color plays an important role in my work. Color affects our subconscious. Even a slight change in shade can completely change the semantic side and the overall emotional background of the picture.

Many of my works are symbolic and have a hidden meaning, which can be hidden behind the chosen color, symbol, and sometimes even a cipher. Despite this, I do not strive to ensure that the audience necessarily reveals my intention, but I prefer that the viewer make his own discoveries. My goal is to awaken the viewer's imagination so that, interacting with the artwork, he discovers something new.

My knowledge and experience is changing. New ideas and new inspiration come along with them. If a viewer stops for a moment to view and reflect on my piece, then I have succeeded in my work.
